What do I need to pick up tickets or passes from Will Call?

You must present valid photo ID to pick-up tickets or guest-list passes from the Box Office. Will Call tickets are available beginning one hour prior to door time.

Can I rent Gramercy Theatre for a private party or special event?

Are food and beverage available inside the venue?

We have a selection of snacks and other light refreshments at the bars. Our bars serve a variety of beer, wine, and liquor. You must be over 21 and present a valid photo ID to obtain a wristband in order to drink alcohol. 

What is your photo/video policy?

Flash photography and cameras with a removable lens are considered professional and will need a media pass from the band’s management- If you do not have a photo pass we require that your camera is checked for $3 into Coat Check. Audio and video recording are not allowed. Certain acts may have strict no-photo policies.

Do you have a place to put our coats and bags?

Coat check is available seasonally and costs $4 per item.

Is there an age restriction at Gramercy Theatre?

I purchased a Fast Lane ticket, where do I wait in line?

We advise arriving 30 minutes prior to doors, in which there will be a separate area for you to wait. If you are eager to arrive earlier, we ask that you please wait on the regular line until the Fast Lane area is set up.

What if I need accessible seating?

Are there assigned seats at Gramercy Theatre?

Unless otherwise noted, shows are General Admission. We have limited seating available in our Loge on a first come, first served basis.
