For all ticketed events, please note the following updated policies:

Face coverings are MANDATORY and must be worn at all times except while eating and drinking.

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, note our Clear Bag Policy:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12″x6″x12″)
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5″x6.5″)

When is the Box Office open?

Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office at Gramercy Theatre will be open on day-of-show only. If you’re looking to purchase tickets, we ask you to visit us at www.livenation.com . If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled or rescheduled, please visit www.livenation.com/refund for more information. We look forward to seeing you at our next show at Gramcery Theatre.

What shows can I buy tickets for at Gramercy Theatre?

We sell tickets for all Live Nation events held at Irving Plaza and Gramercy Theatre. There is $2- $5 service fee is applied to each ticket sold at our Box Office.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

What forms of payment do you accept at the Box Office?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. 

Is the Box Office the only way to purchase tickets?

Tickets are also available for purchase online at our websiteTicketmaster and Live Nation, over the phone at 1.800.745.3000, or at the Mercury Lounge Box Office (card only).

Are there assigned seats at Gramercy Theatre?

Unless otherwise noted, shows are General Admission. We have limited seating available in our Loge on a first come, first served basis.

What if I need accessible seating?

Please contact our Box Office at 212-614.6932 to make arrangements for accessible seating.

I purchased a Fast Lane ticket, where do I wait in line?

We advise arriving 30 minutes prior to doors, in which there will be a separate area for you to wait. If you are eager to arrive earlier, we ask that you please wait on the regular line until the Fast Lane area is set up.

Is there an age restriction at Gramercy Theatre?

Most shows are 16 unless accompanied by an adult.  Please check show details for possible exceptions or call the box office if you need further info.”  You must be over 21 & present a valid ID to obtain a wristband in order to drink alcohol.

Do you have a place to put our coats and bags?

Coat check is available seasonally and costs $4 per item.
