What are your ADA accommodations?

ADA Accessible Services Meeting the needs of all our guests at Irving Plaza is one of our highest priorities. If you should have any questions, comments or suggestions regarding the accessibility of our venue, we ask that you contact us: ATTN: ADA Coordinator Guest Services/Box Office Irving Plaza 17 Irving Pl. New York, NY 10003 Phone: (212) 777-6800 [email protected] PARKING: No onsite parking is available at the venue. DROP-OFF AREA: The passenger drop-off zone for guests needing accommodation is located at 17 Irving Place. Drivers may drop off their passengers adjacent to the venue prior to parking. ACCESSIBLE SEATING/TICKETING and RELOCATION: Irving Plaza provides wheelchair and companion seating with comparable sight lines throughout the venue. Guests who acquire non-wheelchair accessible tickets for shows at Irving Plaza and need to be relocated for seated shows to a designated wheelchair and companion seating area are required to exchange their tickets at the Box Office. Guests can exchange tickets in advance or on the event day, however, please be advised that such exchanges and relocations are subject to wheelchair and companion seat availability and are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. TICKET FRAUD: Wheelchair and companion tickets are limited to guests needing wheelchair accommodation and their companions. Live Nation may investigate potential misuse of accessible seating where there is good cause to believe that such seating has been purchased fraudulently. Live Nation reserves the right to take appropriate action including, but not limited to, relocation, ejection, and season ticket revocation for guests violating this policy. ACCOMODATIONS FOR THE DEAF/HEARING IMPAIRED: Irving Plaza offers several options for guests requiring accommodation for a hearing impairment upon request, including but not limited to an assisted listening system (ALS) and ASL interpreters. Please contact the Box Office at (212) 777-6800 or email [email protected] at the time you purchase your tickets to request an accommodation or for more information, and in any event no less than three weeks prior to the event. SERVICE ANIMALS: Service animals for guests with disabilities are allowed in the venue. All other animals are strictly prohibited. We encourage guests requiring service animals to contact us as early as possible
